Please note that GPS units that are connected to Google maps have been misleading people – please instead follow the directions below and only use your GPS to make sure that you are on the roads described below:

Map to the Ranch – Parrish Ranch RV Resort and Event Center, Parrish Rd, Berthoud, CO

Directions from the interstate:

1. From I-25 south of Loveland and north of Longmont, take the Berthoud exit and head west (exit 250, CO-56). 5.0 miles
2. Stay straight on CO-56, proceed straight through the roundabout, pass through the town of Berthoud and continue heading west until you reach the stoplight at HWY-287.
3. Turn left (south) onto HWY-287 and proceed for about 2 miles
4. Turn right (west) onto W Co Rd 4 (portions unpaved). 4.5 miles
5. Turn left (south) onto Parrish Ranch Rd (unpaved). 1.2 miles
6. At the bottom of the hill, take right fork near Little Thompson River to ranch entrance and proceed to registration/check-in area

Overview – the whole drive from I-25

Drive through Berthoud, head south on HWY-287, and turn west onto W County Rd 4

Head up the hill – look for the signs and turn left onto Parrish Ranch Rd

Directions from CO Highway 66:

1. From CO 66, west of Longmont and east of Lyons, go north on N 75^thSt (traffic light at intersection).  0 miles
2. Turn right (east) onto Woodland Rd (note: N 75^thSt takes a hard right bend and becomes Woodland Rd. Slow down for the turn!).  9 miles
3. Turn left (north) onto N 83^rd After bend and dip in the road where it crosses the Little Thompson River, N 83^rdSt becomes S Co Rd 23E. 3.1 miles
4. Turn left (west) onto Co Rd 4. 9 miles
5. Turn left (south) onto Parrish Ranch Rd (unpaved). 2 miles
6. At the bottom of the hill, take right fork near the Little Thompson River to ranch entrance and proceed to registration/check-in area
